Registration procedures
Registration is only accepted through the online registration system.
After submitting your online registration form, an automatic confirmation is sent by email. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk email folder. If you do not receive this confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully; please, contact the Organising Secretariat (organising@esssb20.org).
Companies or organisations wishing to register and pay for a group of participants should contact the Organising Secretariat (organising@esssb20.org).
Payment
All payments are to be made in EURO by international bank transfer or by credit card through the online registration system.
A € 20,00 discount is granted when a bank transfer is selected as the payment method. Bank details will be sent by email once registered.
Liability and Insurance
By registering to the 20th European Symposium on Suicide and Suicidal Behaviour, participants agree that the Organising Secretariat does not assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel (including accommodation) insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat (organising@esssb20.org). Cancellations received by June 30th, 2024 are entitled to receive a full refund with the exception of a € 100,00 administration fee that will be withheld by the conference organisers. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date. Concerning the contribution for the Gala Dinner, a € 15,00 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be granted for same-day cancellation or no-show.

These terms and conditions apply to all payments/registrations made to the Organising Secretariat (European Association for Symposium of Suicide and Suicidal Behaviour 20). By paying the registration fee, you implicitly accept these general terms and conditions.
